Campaign purpose
The BRIO Albuquerque campaign is operated by Square One Group LLC d/b/a BRIO. The site collects interest to help BRIO evaluate local demand, recruit leaders, and plan potential recurring activities. Joining the campaign list is not the same as purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or receiving a guaranteed spot.
Eligibility
The campaign is intended for adults age 21 and older in or near the Albuquerque metropolitan area. You agree to provide accurate information and not submit information on behalf of another person without permission.
Communications
By opting into campaign communications, you authorize BRIO to email you about launch planning, activity announcements, exact-event registration, membership, and related BRIO programming. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional communications related to a request or registration may still be sent where necessary.
No guarantee of launch or availability
Activity interest does not guarantee that an activity will launch. BRIO may consider demand, confirmed attendance, Community Lead readiness, venue availability, safety, insurance, permitting, economics, and other operating requirements. Event capacity may be limited, and a campaign signup does not reserve a place.
Dates, pricing, activity formats, locations, and membership benefits described during the campaign are planning information and may change before a binding purchase or event registration.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, harassing, automated, or misleading information; interfere with site operation; attempt unauthorized access; or misuse another person's referral information. BRIO may remove submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the campaign and its users.
Separate event terms
Participation in a future BRIO event will require separate registration, an applicable participant agreement and waiver, and any event-specific rules. These campaign terms do not replace those documents.
Disclaimers and limitation
The campaign site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BRIO disclaims implied warranties relating to the campaign site and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the campaign site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
