Information BRIO collects
Square One Group LLC, doing business as BRIO, collects information you provide through the Albuquerque launch list, including your name, current age in years, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code or city, activity interests, category or All Access membership preference, first activity and optional experience notes, expected attendance frequency, preferred participation format, BRIO Pro interest, preferred times, audience preferences, how soon you would join, referral source, and any optional notes. BRIO also records the form and offer version shown so older responses can be interpreted accurately.
Clicking “Join the launch list” sends your contact details, activity selections, and consent. The follow-up preferences are optional and are sent only when you save the optional preferences. Leaving before the initial submission does not send your form answers.
If you apply to become a Community Lead, BRIO also collects your birth month and year (not day), experience, motivation, and availability. Club inquiries include the contact and club information you provide, including your interest in network participation, software, or both. The launch-list site may collect basic technical and attribution information such as page URL, referral code, UTM parameters, browser information, and an irreversibly hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention.
How BRIO uses information
BRIO uses launch-list information to measure qualified local demand, choose which communities to launch, recruit Community Leads, contact potential club partners, send requested launch updates and activity registration invitations, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, understand launch-list performance, and improve BRIO's services.
BRIO may send one email-verification reminder about a day after signup and, if you expressed interest in leading but have not submitted an application, one follow-up invitation after your email is verified. You can stop these reminders using their opt-out link. Optional preferences do not trigger reminders.
BRIO uses club inquiries to respond to the selected software, network, or combined interest and send requested software availability and pricing updates. A club inquiry does not enroll the club or its members in BRIO Activities marketing.
Age and birth month/year are used privately for age eligibility and planning. They are not displayed publicly or sent to analytics or advertising services. BRIO does not use audience preferences to publicly label members. Those preferences are intended for private planning and filtering.
Analytics and advertising
BRIO uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the launch-list site and to measure advertising performance. These services may collect pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, advertising click identifiers, and interactions with site features, and may use cookies and similar technologies. BRIO does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text form responses, or email-verification tokens to these services. When information is shared
BRIO may use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, security, and advertising measurement. These providers process information on BRIO's behalf. BRIO may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction involving the relevant business assets.
BRIO does not sell launch-list information to unrelated third parties.
Retention and security
To help you finish a signup, this site may keep contact details and unfinished preferences or Community Lead answers in temporary, tab-local browser storage. Drafts are available to resume for up to 30 minutes. Unfinished optional answers are not sent until you save preferences or submit the application; the initial signup is saved when you join the list. A saved-request summary remains for the current tab session. Close the tab when using a shared device. Preference access ends after saving or verifying your email.
BRIO retains launch-list information for as long as reasonably needed for launch planning, community operations, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. BRIO uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting BRIO. You may request access, correction, or deletion of launch-list information by emailing privacy@briohere.com. BRIO may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
The BRIO Activities launch list is intended for adults age 21 and older and is not directed to children.
