Information BRIO collects
Square One Group LLC, doing business as BRIO, collects information you provide through the Albuquerque campaign, including your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code or city, activity interests, preferred times, audience preferences, how soon you would join, referral source, and any optional notes.
If you apply to become a Community Lead or contact BRIO on behalf of a club, BRIO also collects the information included in those forms. The campaign site may collect basic technical and attribution information such as page URL, referral code, UTM parameters, browser information, and an irreversibly hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention.
How BRIO uses information
BRIO uses campaign information to measure qualified local demand, choose which communities to launch, recruit Community Leads, contact potential club partners, send launch updates and exact-event registration notices, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, understand campaign performance, and improve BRIO's services.
BRIO does not use audience preferences to publicly label members. Those preferences are intended for private planning and filtering.
When information is shared
BRIO may use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, security, and advertising measurement. These providers process information on BRIO's behalf. BRIO may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction involving the relevant business assets.
BRIO does not sell campaign lead information to unrelated third parties.
Retention and security
BRIO retains campaign information for as long as reasonably needed for launch planning, community operations, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. BRIO uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting BRIO. You may request access, correction, or deletion of campaign information by emailing privacy@briohere.com. BRIO may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
The campaign is intended for adults age 21 and older and is not directed to children.
