The club offer

Software is the foundation. A healthier club is the outcome.

BRIO gives established communities a clearer operating system, a path to appropriate new members, and direct support as BRIO expands Clubs in Albuquerque.

Running a club on BRIO does not require giving up your identity, dues, or programming. BRIO provides the operating system and a path to reach relevant members.

01

Give leaders time back

Replace scattered forms, spreadsheets, payment links, email threads, and attendance lists with one workflow.

02

Make joining easier

Give members a current schedule, clear level and audience information, visible costs, and one registration path.

03

Reach beyond word of mouth

Eligible events can reach relevant BRIO members without the club giving up its own name or community.

04

Know what is working

Use check-in data to understand attendance, repeat participation, referrals, and which activities members return to.

Ways to work together

Start with one part of your club.

You do not have to move everything at once. Bring one activity, season, or division to BRIO and expand when it makes sense.

Earned

BRIO Partner Club

Clubs that consistently meet the BRIO Standard can be presented as trusted partners across the network.

Network participation

Software access, fees, member benefits, and use of the BRIO name are agreed with each club in writing. A software subscription alone does not make a club a BRIO Partner Club.

How pricing works

A written scope before any commitment.

Founding club pilots begin with one program and are scoped around the club's active participants, payment needs, and level of support. Every club receives its scope, price, term, and responsibilities in writing before moving forward.

Request a scoped estimate

Platform access

A recurring software fee based on the agreed scope, active participant volume, and operating needs.

Payment processing

If BRIO processes dues or event charges, applicable Stripe processing is identified separately before launch.

Optional support

Hands-on BRIO staffing, launch work, or administration is priced separately only when the club asks for it.

Club expenses

Facility, referee, league, permit, and equipment costs remain transparent and are never disguised as software fees.

The BRIO Standard

Trust is earned in the operation.

A club cannot buy the BRIO Partner designation. It reflects a dependable experience that members can confidently return to.
