The strongest Community Lead is not necessarily the fastest runner or best player. BRIO needs people who are reliable, socially aware, safe, and genuinely good at welcoming strangers.

Greet newcomers, explain the format, and make introductions deliberately.

Coordinate levels, capacity, check-in, basic safety, and the post-activity plan.

Keep the group inclusive, non-cliquish, and focused on repeated real-world participation.
What BRIO provides
Lead the group. BRIO supports the operation.
Community Leads receive paid session opportunities, complimentary BRIO membership, a launch kit, training, and ongoing operating support. Exceptional leaders can grow into larger paid roles as BRIO expands.

Selected Community Leads receive compensation for recurring sessions. The rate, schedule, and responsibilities are agreed before they begin.
