What Community Leads do

Consistency before charisma.

The strongest Community Lead is not necessarily the fastest runner or best player. BRIO needs people who are reliable, socially aware, safe, and genuinely good at welcoming strangers.

Protect the weekly slot

Keep a dependable recurring schedule and communicate changes early.

Welcome people

Greet newcomers, explain the format, and make introductions deliberately.

Run the session

Coordinate levels, capacity, check-in, basic safety, and the post-activity plan.

Build the culture

Keep the group inclusive, non-cliquish, and focused on repeated real-world participation.

What BRIO provides

Community Leads receive paid session opportunities, complimentary BRIO membership, a launch kit, training, and ongoing operating support. Exceptional leaders can grow into larger paid roles as BRIO expands. The standard of preparation and welcome is the same for category and All Access members.
