Albuquerque Community Leads

Lead a BRIO group in Albuquerque.

Community Leads make each weekly BRIO group dependable with a clear schedule, a welcoming arrival, and a reason to come back.

What Community Leads do

Consistency before charisma.

The strongest Community Lead is not necessarily the fastest runner or best player. BRIO needs people who are reliable, socially aware, safe, and genuinely good at welcoming strangers.

01

Protect the weekly slot

Keep the recurring schedule sacred and communicate changes early.

02

Welcome people

Greet newcomers, explain the format, and make introductions deliberately.

03

Run the session

Coordinate levels, capacity, check-in, basic safety, and the post-activity plan.

04

Build the culture

Keep the group inclusive, non-cliquish, and focused on repeated real-world participation.

What BRIO provides

Lead the group. BRIO supports the operation.

Community Leads receive paid session opportunities, complimentary BRIO membership, a launch kit, training, and ongoing operating support. Exceptional leaders can grow into larger paid roles as BRIO expands.

Paid leadership

Be paid to lead

Selected Community Leads receive compensation for recurring sessions. The rate, schedule, and responsibilities are agreed before they begin.

Membership + gear

Represent BRIO

Receive complimentary membership, a launch kit, and recognition as a founding Albuquerque Community Lead.

Training + growth

Build something bigger

Get onboarding, operating support, and a path toward expanded paid leadership roles as BRIO grows.

Raise your hand

Become a BRIO Community Lead.

You do not need a giant online following. You do need enough experience to lead safely, a dependable schedule, and a real interest in helping strangers feel welcome.

Submitting interest is not an employment offer or guarantee of selection. BRIO will contact promising candidates for a conversation.
